I sat in on my first termination this morning. I didn't do the term, but it was horrible nonetheless. I was shaking so bad that my pen flew across the room while I was talking to him about the HR related stuff.
And the look on the guy's face just about killed me.
I'm gonna go puke now. :-(

Ugh, it can't be easy!
I am in HR also and I wish I could say it gets easier each time, I'd be lying. I'm always nervous!
